What to do if I lose my Indonesian bank card?

  1. Block your card right away using your bank’s app or by calling customer service.

  2. Report the loss and request a replacement card at your nearest bank branch (bring your passport/KITAS).

  3. Check your account for any suspicious transactions and report them if needed.
