What if I don’t have the required minimum capital of IDR 50,000,000 for a PT in Indonesia?

If you don’t meet the minimum capital requirement of IDR 50,000,000, you can still establish a business in Indonesia — but not as a PT PMDN.

As an alternative, you can set up one of the following business structures:

• CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap)

• UD (Usaha Dagang)
