What are the required documents for the volunteer visa (C6)?

Besides personal information we need the following documents for the C6 visa application:

1. Color Copy of Passport ID Page

   A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended but if you take good photos without reflections instead.

2. Passport Photo/Profile Picture

   You must be facing straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light colored. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera.

3. Proof of Participation

   Statement from an agency or institution that explains the details of the program.

Make sure that the documents meet the requirements. If we see errors or insufficient documents, we will contact you and you can correct the errors. Your visa will only be approved if the documents meet the requirements.”
