What are the required documents for the C2 business visa application?

For the C2 Business Visa application, we require the following documents:

1. Color copy of your passport ID page

Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months (for the 1-year visa), or 30 months (for the 2-year visa) from the date of first entry into Indonesia.

A proper scan is recommended, but a photo is fine as well. If submitting a photo, ensure:

• all corners are visible

• no fingers cover the page

• text and numbers are fully readable

2. Passport photo / profile picture

Requirements:

• facing straight toward the camera

• formal clothing

• white or light-colored background

• selfie allowed (high resolution, facing straight)

3. Invitation letter (if applicable)

An invitation letter is required if your purpose of visit is not strictly business meetings, for example:

• attending business events

• participating in company activities

• internal reviews

• market visits
  The letter must explain the purpose and duration of your stay.
