What are the documents for the D12 pre-investment visa?

For the D12 visa application you have to submit the following documents:

1. Color copy of your passport ID page

   A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 18 months (1-year visa) or 30 months (2-year visa) from the first entry into Indonesia. A proper scan is recommended.

2. Passport photo

   You must be facing straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be light colored. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera.

3. Personal Bank Statement from the past 3 months with min. USD 5000 balance

   Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, dates for a period of 3 months and a minimum balance of USD 5000 or equivalent in another currency.
