What are the documents for the D1 visa application?

For the D1 Multiple-Entry Visa application, we require the following documents:

1. Color copy of your passport ID page

Your passport must be valid for at least:

• 18 months (for the 1-year visa), or

• 30 months (for the 2-year visa)
  from the date of first entry into Indonesia.

A proper scan is recommended, but a good photo is fine as well. If you take a photo, ensure:

• all corners are visible

• no fingers cover the page

• all text is readable

2. Passport photo / profile picture

Requirements:

• facing straight toward the camera

• formal clothing

• white or light-colored background

• selfie allowed (high resolution, facing straight into the camera)
