How to extend the e-Visa on Arrival?

To extend the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) or the Visa on Arrival (VoA) issued at the airport, you must complete one mandatory visit to an Immigration office in Indonesia.

Here’s how the extension works with us:

1. Book your extension

Purchase the extension service and send us your required documents and personal details in our application form afterwards.

2. We review and submit your data

We check everything for accuracy and then submit your documents to the Immigration system to start your online extension.

3. Appointment scheduling

We coordinate your appointment with Immigration and arrange a date that fits your travel plans (if possible).

4. Your required visit to Immigration

You must attend the appointment in person and bring your passport.
At the office, you will complete:

  • Photo (biometrics)

  • Fingerprints (if requested)

  • Short interview / data verification (sometimes)

After the appointment, you take your passport back immediately.

5. We finalize your extension

Once your biometrics are completed, we take care of the remaining online process and deliver your extended stay permit (ITK) as soon as it is approved.

Important:

  • The eVOA/VoA can be extended once, allowing a total stay of 60 days (30 days + 30 days extension).

  • The earliest you can start the extension is 14 days before your current visa expires.
