How often can I extend the (e-)Visa on Arrival?

You can extend the (e-)Visa on Arrival only once. The extension adds 30 extra days, giving you a maximum stay of 60 days total (30 days + 30-day extension).

After the first extension is completed, a second extension is not possible. To stay longer, you must leave Indonesia and either:

• re-enter with a new Visa on Arrival / eVOA (if eligible), or

• apply for a different visa type that allows a longer stay.
