Yes, this is possible as long as the QR code on the form has not yet been scanned.

If you applied independently, simply fill out the Arrival Card completely again.

If you book through us, you can notify us of any changes up to 4 days before entry.

It is important that you present the QR code with the correct information when entering Indonesia.
