Are dependent children eligible for permits under the Family Spouse KITAS?

Yes.
Dependent children of a foreign national who holds a KITAS are generally eligible to receive their own residence permit, commonly referred to as a Dependent KITAS or KITAS Anak.

A Dependent KITAS for children:

• allows legal residence in Indonesia,

• is typically valid for the same duration as the parent’s KITAS, and

• does not permit any work or employment.
