How do I extend my Indonesia?

If you apply for your visa extension with us, this is the process. We help you to schedule the appointment for you at the right office, help with questions, uncertainties, or technical issues in the online system, and we speak Bahasa Indonesia and know how to handle common problems with immigration. These are the steps for the extension:

1. Submit Documents to us

   • Purchase the relevant service.

   • Submit the application form with:

     • Your data like: passport biodata page, current visa, return/reservation ticket

     • Personal information

2. Make Payment

   • Make the payment via the payment options offered.
     ​

3. Wait for Appointment Schedule

   • Normally, the personal visit is about 2-3 working days after we start your online extension.

   • We will arrange your visit (1 visit is required) to the Immigration office for:

     • Biometrics (photo and occasionally fingerprints)

     • Brief interview

     • Data verification

   • We can also help you get your preferred appointment date (if possible).

4. Important Information

   • We will give you all the required details for your personal visit to the Immigration office.

   • You have to bring your passport to the immigration office.

   • You take your passport back with you once the appointment is completed.

5. Visa Processed

   • You’ll receive your extended stay permit (ITK) through us once the visa extension is ready.
