Guinean passport are not eligible to apply for a B211A visit visa for Indonesia.
Applying for a visa for Indonesia with a passport requires a calling visa. In order to get a calling visa, an assessment at the immigration office in Jakarta is required. This means a representative of a visa agency would have to fly to Jakarta to attend meetings. Unfortunately, our visa office is in Bali, which means we cannot help with calling visa applications for passport holders.
