We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy. |

We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight. |

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival. |

Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications. |

This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name. |

The Second Home Visa (E33) is a long-term stay multiple-entry visa designed for foreign nationals and former Indonesian citizens who wish to reside in Indonesia for an extended period. You will automatically receive the re-entry permit when you enter Indonesia. This permit allows you to leave and re-enter Indonesia as often as you want. It is particularly attractive to retirees, investors, business professionals, and individuals looking to enjoy the country’s lifestyle while contributing to its economy.
With this visa, holders are permitted to live, travel, and invest in Indonesia for up to five (5) years, with the possibility of renewal. However, it is important to note that the Second Home Visa does not grant the right to work in Indonesia, meaning holders cannot engage in formal employment or business activities that require a work permit. Instead, the visa is intended for individuals who have the financial means to support themselves without relying on local employment.
One of the key benefits of the Second Home Visa is that it provides a legal pathway for long-term residence in Indonesia without requiring a work sponsorship or a retirement visa. The visa also allows holders to bring their spouse, children, or parents under a dependent visa, making it a suitable option for families.
To maintain the validity of the visa, applicants must provide proof of financial stability, either by maintaining a specific bank deposit in an Indonesian state bank (BRI, BNI, Mandiri) or by owning high-value property in the country. These financial requirements are intended to ensure that applicants can sustain their lifestyle without burdening the local economy.
- Valid Passport
A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended but if you take photos instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable. - Personal Information
Personal information needs to be submitted in our application form after the payment. - Recent Color Photo
You must face straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light coloured. - Financial Proof
The financial proof must be submitted within 90 days after entering Indonesia with the Second Home Visa. Applicants must provide proof of sufficient financial resources through one of the following:- Bank Deposit: A personal bank account in an Indonesian state bank (BNI, BRI, or Mandiri) with a minimum balance of USD 130,000.
- Property Ownership: Proof of ownership of a luxury property in Indonesia worth at least USD 1,000,000.
If you meet these requirements, you will automatically receive the re-entry permit when you enter Indonesia. This permit allows you to leave and re-enter Indonesia as often as you want.
- Add the Second Home Visa Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents. You will also get access to this form via email.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system.
Information: If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account. - We will send you your e-visa by email, with which you can enter Indonesia.
You have to submit the financial proof or property ownership documents to the Indonesian authorities within 90 days of entering Indonesia to validate the visa. Otherwise, the visa will become invalid!
