We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight. |

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. What is Music Performer’s Crew Visa?
A C7B Visa is a special permit issued by Indonesian Immigration for foreign professionals who work as support and technical crew for international performing artists. This visa enables essential behind-the-scenes personnel, such as sound/lighting technicians, stage managers, tour managers, and equipment handlers, to enter Indonesia. It grants a temporary 30-day stay, which is non-extendable, and permits specific support work related to the performance. This visa streamlines entry for crucial crew members, supporting international events in Indonesia.
To obtain an Indonesian C7B visa, foreign crew members supporting international music performances must meet specific requirements for legal compliance.
Required Documents:
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months (or 12 months for specific travel documents).
- Photograph: Recent passport-sized color photo.
- Proof of Funds: Personal bank statement (last 3 months) showing financial stability.
- Crew Employment Contract or Assignment Letter: Outlines the crew member’s specific role and employment relationship (e.g., with the performer’s management or event organizer).
- Completed Visa Application: Submitted online.
- Guarantee Letter from Indonesian Sponsor: Provided by an Indonesian entity (e.g., event organizer), confirming responsibility during the crew’s stay.
This visa applies to essential support roles such as sound engineers, lighting technicians, security personnel, tour managers, and equipment handlers. Securing a C7B visa ensures proper documentation and legal compliance for all crew members supporting international performances in Indonesia.

Yes. If you’re bringing in professional sound, lighting, or stage equipment, you’ll likely need to declare it at customs. In some cases, a Temporary Import Permit may be required to avoid import taxes. It’s best to work closely with your Indonesian sponsor or Visa-Indonesia to make sure all paperwork is in order before you fly.
No. The C7B visa is not designed for conversion. If you plan to stay long-term or work regularly in Indonesia, you’ll need to apply for a different visa, like a KITAS, from your home country.
Yes, you may receive benefits or compensation for your role (based on contract agreement). However, you’re not allowed to work under an employment contract with an Indonesian company or individual.
Only if the events fall within the same visa period and are covered by your initial sponsor and contract, you cannot work additional events without a new visa or updated sponsorship.
Processing the Indonesian Music Performer’s Crew Visa typically takes 3–7 business days, if everything’s complete.
These are the entry requirements for Indonesia and Bali:
Passport (important)
To enter Bali, you need a passport or a travel document (temporary passport or emergency passport). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry into Bali or at the time of visa extension. Without a valid passport, you cannot enter the country.
Visa
You need a visa to enter Bali. For shorter trips, you can buy this directly at the airport, but we recommend applying for your visa in advance, as it will save you time upon arrival.
Outbound ticket
When checking in for your flight to Bali, you may be asked to provide proof of a return or onward ticket from Indonesia. If you cannot present an outbound ticket, you will be denied entry.
All Indonesia Arrival Card
Since September 1, 2025, the All Indonesia Arrival Card has been introduced. This digital arrival card replaces the previous customs and health declaration forms. You can add the Arrival Card when booking with us, or alternatively, you can fill it out yourself, no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Indonesia.
Love Bali Tourist Tax (for Bali only)
A tourism levy has been introduced for Bali. The fee is approximately 9 euros (150,000 IDR). You can pay the tax online in advance via this website, but credit card payments often fail. The tax can also be paid directly at the airport.
You’ll need a valid passport, crew contract, bank statement, passport photo, and a sponsor letter.
Once issued, the C7B Visa must be used for entry into Indonesia within 90 days from its issue date. If you don’t enter Indonesia within this period, the visa will expire, and you’ll need to re-apply.
The regular processing time for all C-visas is up to 14 working days. We also offer a faster processing time of 5 working days on our website.
