Investor KITAP Indonesia

The Investor KITAP for Indonesia allows foreign nationals who have invested in a PMA (foreign investment company) and have held shares for at least 5 years to reside in Indonesia with the amount of share 15,000,000,000 IDR. We need to be your sponsor to apply for your KITAP. This visa offers long-term stay, re-entry permits, and the opportunity to engage in social and cultural activities, in addition to business activities related to the investment. The Investor KITAP is valid for 5 years and extendable. The processing time is about 6-8 weeks.

Important: You can only apply for KITAP indirectly. First, you need a KITAS for several years with the same sponsor and then you can apply for the KITAP.

Applicant Requirements:

• Original passport valid for at least 36 months
• Scan of the ID page of your passport
• KITAS proving 6 years of residence in Indonesia
• KITAS with a minimum of 3 months validity
• Personal NPWP (Tax Filing Number)
• Bank statement with a minimum balance of $2,000 or equivalent
• SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration)
• Previous/actual E-KITAS I-III

Company Requirements:

• Company deed and amendments
• Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
• Company NPWP (Tax ID)
• OSS documents (NIB, location permit/ PKKPR, and business permits/ TDUP/SIUP/Sertifikat Standard)
• Shareholder’s passport or Indonesian ID (KTP)
• Company letterhead, stamp, and online registration (if applicable)

1. You can directly add the KITAP to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
2. After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the KITAP application and upload the required documents.
3. We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
4. If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will arrange to pick up your original passport.
5. Then we will submit your document and passport to the Immigration office.
6. For the conversion from KITAS to KITAP you have to go for a personal visit to the immigration. Once we get the date and time of your appointment at the immigration we will let you know.
7. After taking photos and fingerprints, we will wait until the process is done and the new KITAP is issued.
8. We will inform you when the process is done and arrange to drop your original passport and KITAP.

The total processing time is about 6-8 weeks.
