Student Visa Indonesia (E30)

The Student Visa Indonesia (E30) is designed for individuals who want to engage in educational activities in Indonesia. This visa is valid for one (1) or two (2) years with the option to extend. It also allows the visa holder to bring eligible family members (with the suitable visa) and travel in and out of Indonesia. The necessary multiple entry permit (Re-Entry Permit) is issued automatically upon entry.

Study Visa holders are not allowed to receive any kind of rewards or wages. Moreover, you are not allowed to work or sell goods/services.

Please submit the following documents and personal information in our application form once you have placed your order.

• Scan of your passport 
  A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended but if you take photos instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD 2,000 or equivalent
  Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, date, and the closing balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent.
• Recent color photograph
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Letter of acceptance from an Indonesian educational institution, stating the duration of enrollment

1) Add the Student Visa for Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.

2) After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the KITAS application and upload the required documents.

3) We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.

4) If everything is in order and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.
