Retirement Visa C319 (ITAS)

General requirements:

• Minimum age: 55 years
• Bank balance: at least 1.500 USD
• You are already in Indonesia with a B211A visa and have one visa extension already done (and have a minimum of 30 days validity left on your visa).
• You will stay in Indonesia for at least 5-6 months without leaving the country until the visa/ITAS is issued.

To apply for the retirement visa you need the following documents:

1. Curriculum vitae (please use this template from Immigration: Download)
2. KTP (Indonesian identity card) of the housekeeper/employee
3. Original passport (minimum validity 18 months), scan of passport cover and ID page
4. Copy of health/life insurance for Indonesia
5. Bank statement or pension proof with enough money to live in Indonesia
6. Proof of accommodation rental (if available)
7. Passport photo with white background 3x4cm (3 pieces)
8. Covid-19 vaccination certificate with at least 2 doses received

1.) Add the C319 retirement visa for Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.

2.) After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents.

3.) We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.

4.) If everything is correct and we have received the payment for the visa fee, we will organize passport pick-up and submit your application to the Immigration Office. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.

5.) During the application process, you must visit the Immigration Office in person for a photo and fingerprint appointment. You will be notified of the date of this.

6.) Once the ITAS has been issued, we will organize your passport drop-off and send your ITAS online via email.

We will take care of the following tasks for you:

1. Preparation of the Surat Permohonan and Permintaan dan Jaminan
2. Filling out the following forms:
   – Perdim 23
   – Perdim 24
   – Perdim 25
   – Perdim 27
3. Power of attorney for processing the pension visa
4. Copies of the current passport as well as visa and entry sticker
5. We take care of the document called “Surat Pernyataan Menggunakan Pramuwisma” if not available so far. This document confirms that you are employing Indonesian domestic workers (cleaners, personal assistants or similar).
