A spouse Kitas (C317) is a visa for foreigner who had been married to an Indonesian Citizen. This kitas also the multiple entry visa that allows the foreigner to stay long-term in Indonesia but not to work or be employed in Indonesia.

This Kitas can be extend every year for maximum extension up to 5 times. After minimum 2 time extension of spouse Kitas, foreigner can apply for spouse Kitap. Spouse Kitap is the permanent stay permit that Valid for 5 years.

To get this spouse Kitas, the foreigners are required to have a sponsor, and in this case, your partner who is an Indonesian citizen must be the sponsor. Your sponsor can not only be a sponsor  to get a Kitas but also to get a Permanent Stay visa/ Kitap.

Required Documents (from Applicant):

• Scan of Passport: Identity page and cover (in color). Passport needs to be valid for 18 months
• Certificate of Birth (in English or Indonesian – notarized or legalized)
• Self-Photo (color)
• Bank Statement of Applicant or Guarantor (min. USD 3,000)
• Sponsor Letter
• Guarantee Letter
• Marriage Certificate (AKTA Perkawinan)/Marriage Report from Embassy (in English or Indonesian – notarized or legalized)
• Original Domicile Letter from Banjar or SKTT (Proof of Residence)
• The latest B211A E-VISA ( For Converting Status from B211A to ITAS)
• Letter of Changing Sponsor from Previous B211A sponsorship ( For Converting Status from B211A to ITAS)

• Certificate of Birth
• Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
• Indonesian Marriage Certificate
• Copy of Bank Statement (min. USD 3,000)
• Tax Registry (NPWP)
• Copy of ID/KTP and Domicile Letter (if not from Bali)
• CNI Letter from Embassy

OFFSHORE PROCESS

1) Add the Family Spouse KITAS (C317) for Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.

2) After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the KITAS application and upload the required documents.

3) We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.

4) If everything is in order and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.

5) First, we will register your partner as a sponsorship to immigration system and it will take around 1-2 days until it get approved from immigration office.

6) After we get the approval of sponsorship from immigration office, we will submit your E-Visa to immigration system and it will takes around 7-10 working days process until the E-Visa issue. When the E-Visa issue, we will send it to you through WhatsApp or E-mail and you need to enter Indonesia within 90 days since you E-Visa issued

7) When you already enter Indonesia, please kindly contact us and send the sticker of your arrival, so, we can arrange to pick up your passport or you can come to our office directly to drop your passport because we need to report your E-Visa and passport to immigration office within 30 days since your arrival to issuing your Multiple Entry.

8) After we submit your passport and E-visa to immigration office, We will wait for your schedule for photo and fingerprint to immigration office and we will send it to you when we already get it. You are require to visit immigration office only one time to do photo and fingerprint.
We will let you know after your passport and E-Kitas is done.

ONSHORE PROCESS ( CONVERTING STATUS FROM B211A to SPOUSE KITAS)
