Medical Visit Visa Indonesia (C3)
The 60-day Single-Entry Medical Visit Visa (C3) for Indonesia (former B211A visa) is suitable for anyone traveling to Bali or anywhere else in Indonesia to undergo medical treatment.
The initial visa is valid for 60 days and is extendable twice for an additional 60 days each, allowing for a maximum length of stay of 180 days (60 days initial stay plus 2x 60 days extension). You have the option to purchase visa extension(s) together with your visa or order the extensions separately later. The extension process will be the same.
Important: A personal visit at the Immigration office is required for all extensions.
Attention: An onshore application for a C3 visa is no longer available. This means you have to apply outside of Indonesia for your Visa. Please contact us early if you are planning to fly out and come back with a new C3 visa to make the process as smooth as possible.

We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy. |

We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight. |

|
You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival. |

We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications. |

Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name. |

Who needs a C3 Medical Visit Visa?
Everyone who…
- … wants to carry out medical activities in Indonesia.
- … wants to stay longer than 60 days in Indonesia.
- … is not eligible for a Visa On Arrival (see Visa On Arrival country list for Indonesia).
From the time the Medical Visit Visa is issued, it is valid for 90 days, meaning you need to enter Indonesia within that period; otherwise, the visa becomes invalid. Upon entry, the visa is valid for 60 days with the option to extend twice for 60 days each.
We can currently assist you with extensions in the following locations: Bali (Jimbaran, Denpasar, Singaraja), Lombok (Mataram), and Jakarta. Would you like to extend your stay in another location in Indonesia? Simply contact us via chat (bottom right) and we will check whether we can assist you. Please note that additional costs may apply outside the locations mentioned above.
The C3 Medical Visit Visa for Indonesia is suitable if you are planning to undergo medical treatment in Indonesia. We are proud to offer the fastest and easiest application process with the best value for money. You will receive the electronic visa directly from us via email and can enter Indonesia with it. If you have any questions, we are available via WhatsApp, Live chat, or email. In all the time that we have been offering this service, no visa application has ever been rejected.
Please note that this type of visa is currently unavailable for passport holders of Afghanistan, Guinea, Israel, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, or Somalia.
We have divided the requirements for the visa into two subsections. In the first section, you will see what is required for the application, and in the second what is needed for your flight and entry into Indonesia.
For the visa application, you need the following:
- Color Copy of Passport ID Page
A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended but if you take photos instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable. - Passport Photo/Profile Picture
At least 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 100KB and 400x600px. You must be facing straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light coloured. You shouldn’t be positioned too far or too close to the camera. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera. - Personal Bank Statement of the Past 3 Months min. USD 2,000 balance
Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, time period of 3 months, and a minimum closing balance of USD 2,000 or the equivalent in another currency. - Proof of Medical Treatment
A statement from an institution, or a confirmation from you that you will undergo medical treatment within Indonesia.
For departure and entry
Please have on hand the following documents for your flight check-in and entry into Indonesia:
- Your Passport
Valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia. If you are planning to extend your visa, your passport needs to be valid for 6 months on the time of the extension. - Return Ticket
In addition to your flight ticket TO Indonesia, you may be required to show a return or onward ticket when departing for or entering Indonesia. Some airlines may refuse boarding if the ticket is not within 60 days of your entry into Indonesia. The immigration officer in Indonesia can also refuse to enter Indonesia if you fail to show a return/onward ticket. If you don’t have a valid return/onward ticket, we can make a flight reservation for you. We don’t charge you any extra cost for this. - Your Visa
You will receive the e-visa with a barcode from us (please print it out if possible). - Additional Entry Requirements
Additional requirements may be mandatory. You can find the current entry requirements for Indonesia here.
- Add the Visa for Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents. You will also get access to this form via email.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system.
Information: If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account. - We will send you your e-visa by email, with which you can enter Indonesia.
We are still available for you if you have any questions about entry requirements or the like.
Important: A personal visit at the Immigration office is required for all extensions.
Yes, you can purchase multiple visas in one order. Just place all visas (can be the same visa type or different) in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
If you don’t have all the documents together when you apply, it is not a problem. Simply send the missing documents via WhatsApp or via email once you have them. You will get the contact details via email after placing the order (please also check your spam).
It is important to know that we can only submit your application once we have received all the required documents and payment from you.
No, the visa application will be done online. We only need scans/pictures of your documents. We just need the required documents as scan/picture via our application form.
The completion of the Arrival Card (which includes the customs declaration and health form) is mandatory for all travelers entering Indonesia. This form can be filled out up to 3 days (72 hours) before your time of arrival.
It is also possible to complete this form at the airport in Indonesia. You may have to expect a waiting time.
To apply for a visa to Indonesia, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of your arrival. For the extension, your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months as well!
For visas that are valid for a longer period (1 year +), 18 months or more may be required. You can read the details under the requirements section of every visa.
Those entering Indonesia with a (replacement) travel document need 12 months of validity when entering, along with a residence permit.
We have not yet had a case where a visa application was rejected. As long as the visa-related requirements are met, the visa should be granted.
Reason for rejection would be, for example, if the customer has been entered into the Indonesian blacklist due to violations of Indonesian law or because there is an outstanding international arrest warrant on the customer.
Failure to submit the customs declaration in your Indonesia arrival card can result in delays, fines, or confiscation of undeclared items. It’s essential to complete the declaration accurately to ensure a smooth entry into Indonesia.
If you have not filled out the form before your trip, you can still fill it out at the airport in Indonesia. However, due to time constraints, we would recommend filling out the form before your trip.
You can submit the required documents later via WhatsApp or email. Keep in mind that we can only proceed once we receive all the required documents and your payment.
If you overstay your visa, you have to pay 1,000,000 IDR (about 65 USD) per day per person in cash. You should plan about 20-30 minutes extra at the airport.
All e-visas can be issued a maximum of 90 days before entry.
Once the visa has been issued, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia. If you do not arrive within 90 days, the visa loses its validity.
Once you have entered Indonesia, the initial visa validity starts.
Once your visa is approved, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia. This means you should not apply for your visa more than three months before your trip. For example, if you plan to visit Bali in mid-April, you should not apply for your visa before mid- or end of January. Please note the visa processing time so that we can issue your visa on time!
Please contact us if you have any questions. Depending on availability, we can also issue various visas more quickly.
You have to place your order first. After the purchase, you will receive a digital form where you have to enter personal data and documents. If you do not want to submit the form now, you can also find the form in your email inbox (please also check your spam).
According to Indonesian immigration regulations, passport holders of all countries are eligible for the visas, except the following countries: Kosovo, Bangladesh and Yemen. You can check your eligibility here.
Additionally, we are not able to process so-called Calling Visas for passport holders of the following countries: Afghanistan, Israel, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea and Somalia.
Yes, this is possible as long as the QR code on the form has not yet been scanned.
If you applied independently, simply fill out the Arrival Card completely again.
If you book through us, you can notify us of any changes up to 4 days before entry.
It is important that you present the QR code with the correct information when entering Indonesia.
These are the entry requirements for Indonesia and Bali:
Passport (important)
To enter Bali, you need a passport or a travel document (temporary passport or emergency passport). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry into Bali or at the time of visa extension. Without a valid passport, you cannot enter the country.
Visa
You need a visa to enter Bali. For shorter trips, you can buy this directly at the airport, but we recommend applying for your visa in advance, as it will save you time upon arrival.
Outbound ticket
When checking in for your flight to Bali, you may be asked to provide proof of a return or onward ticket from Indonesia. If you cannot present an outbound ticket, you will be denied entry.
All Indonesia Arrival Card
Since September 1, 2025, the All Indonesia Arrival Card has been introduced. This digital arrival card replaces the previous customs and health declaration forms. You can add the Arrival Card when booking with us, or alternatively, you can fill it out yourself, no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Indonesia.
Love Bali Tourist Tax (for Bali only)
A tourism levy has been introduced for Bali. The fee is approximately 9 euros (150,000 IDR). You can pay the tax online in advance via this website, but credit card payments often fail. The tax can also be paid directly at the airport.
No, since July 3rd 2023, vaccination proof against COVID-19 is no longer required in order to apply for a visa for Indonesia. Other vaccinations are also not required for the visa or entry to Indonesia.
Yes, every person traveling to Indonesia needs a visa. There are no exceptions – not even for children or senior citizens.

No, the only advantage is that you only have to make one booking/payment if you book everything together directly.
If there’s only an underaged person applying for the visa, then it is fine to provide father’s/mother’s bank statement and proof that they are the parent. If you have your own bank account with more than 2000 USD or equivalent you can use this as well.
The visa is sent by us as a PDF file with a QR code to your email or WhatsApp when requested. Normally, the visa is connected to your passport and you do not need the printed document. But to be on the safe side, we recommend printing the document.
The regular processing time for all C-visas is up to 14 working days. We also offer a faster processing time of 5 working days on our website.
All extensions have been priced at the price of a regular extension. If you require an express extension, you can contact us.
