We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy. |

We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight. |

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival. |

Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications. |

Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name. |

With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen. If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works. |

Who needs an Event Participant Visa Indonesia (C10)?
The Single-Entry Event Participant Visa Indonesia (C10) is designed for individuals invited to attend or participate in official events in Indonesia as a speaker, lecturer, presenter, or public figure.
This visa permits a stay of up to 60 days.
Holders of this visa are allowed to:
- Participate in speaking engagements, lectures, or similar public appearances.
- Organize workshops.
- Travel for tourism or to visit friends and family.
- Receive compensation or fees related to their appearance or activities, provided they are not employed by an Indonesian entity.
The visa does not allow you to:
- Sell goods or services.
- Take up any kind of employment relationship with individuals or companies in Indonesia.
From the time the Event Participant Visa Indonesia (C10) is issued, it is valid for 90 days, meaning you need to enter Indonesia within that period; otherwise, the visa becomes invalid. Upon entry, the visa is valid for 60 days.
We have divided the requirements for the visa into two subsections. In the first section, you will see what is required for the application, and in the second what is needed for your flight and entry into Indonesia.
For the visa application, you need the following:
- Color Copy of Passport ID Page
A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended, but if you take photos instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable. - Passport Photo/Profile Picture
At least 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 100KB and 400x600px. You must face straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light coloured. You shouldn’t be positioned too far or too close to the camera. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera. - Personal Bank Statement of the Past 3 Months min. USD 2,000 balance
Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, time period of 3 months, and a minimum closing balance of USD 2,000 or the equivalent in another currency. - Invitation Letter
An invitation letter from the person or organization responsible for the event, detailing the agenda and your role.
For departure and entry
Please have on hand the following documents for your flight check-in and entry into Indonesia:
- Your Passport
Valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia. If you are planning to extend your visa, your passport needs to be valid for 6 months on the time of the extension. - Return Ticket
In addition to your flight ticket TO Indonesia, you may be required to show a return or onward ticket when departing for or entering Indonesia. Some airlines may refuse boarding if the ticket is not within 60 days of your entry into Indonesia. The immigration officer in Indonesia can also refuse to enter Indonesia if you fail to show a return/onward ticket. If you don’t have a valid return/onward ticket, we can make a flight reservation for you. We don’t charge you any extra cost for this. - Your Visa
You will receive the e-visa with a barcode from us (please print it out if possible). - Additional Entry Requirements
Additional requirements may be mandatory. You can find the current entry requirements for Indonesia here.
- Add the Event Participant Visa Indonesia (C10) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents. You will also get access to this form via email.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system.
Information: If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account. - We will send you your e-visa by email, with which you can enter Indonesia.
We are still available for you if you have any questions about entry requirements or the like.
