Required Documents (from applicant):
- Original passport (minimum validity 18 months)
- E-KITAS
- Certificate of birth (only for applicants under 17 years old or children dependent)
- Bank statement of applicant or guarantor from the last 3 months with a minimum balance equal to USD 3,000 (for children’s parents bank statement is fine)
- Marriage certificate (AKTA Perkawinan) / marriage report from the embassy (in English or Indonesian – notarized or legalized)
- Original domicile letter from banjar or SKTT (proof of residence)
