Alle Schritte wurden sehr verständlich beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt.
Fragen wurden sehr nett, kompetent und schnell beantwortet.
Wir mussten nur einmal persönlich zum Imigrasi zum Foto machen und sind sehr froh, dass wir uns in unserem Urlaub nicht mit aufwendiger Recherche und Formalitäten beschäftigen mussten.
