Our goal is to offer the most customer-friendly refund policy among all visa agencies. Therefore, we try to refund whenever possible. Please understand that we cannot refund in all cases. Please read below to learn more about the details.
Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, if you cancel your order before we have uploaded your data to the immigration system, we offer you a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 2 working days.
If you cancel your order after we have uploaded your data to the immigration system, we won’t be able to offer any refund.
Will I receive a refund if my visa application gets rejected?
Yes, if we make a mistake and the application is rejected, we will refund. So far, we have not had a case where the visa has been rejected. As long as the requirements are met, your visa should be approved. Usually, we will re-upload the application at our own expense, and you will still receive your visa. However, if you decide to get a refund instead, that is also fine.
In case the reason for rejection is that you are blacklisted due to previous violations of Indonesian laws, we will not be able to refund your payment. So far, we haven’t had any blacklist case in all those years.
In short, if we made a mistake by not properly reviewing your documents, we will refund the amount if a refund is requested. If it is rejected because you are blacklisted in Indonesia, we cannot provide a refund.
Will I receive a refund if my entry is denied at immigration borders?
If the reason for denial of entry is not related to the visa, we typically do not provide a refund. Here are common reasons that cause issues upon entering Indonesia:
- The passport is no longer valid for 6 months
- No empty page in the passport
- No return flight / onward ticket
- The hotel address has changed and is different than when applying for a visa (we recommend making a fully refundable booking on booking.com if you haven’t booked your accommodation yet when you apply for the visa)
- Not a regular passport. Immigration officers can cause problems for people entering with temporary passports or refugee passports. Please call us if you have any issues, and we will do our best to resolve them for you.
Will I receive a refund if my entry is denied by the airline at check-in?
If your airline denies your check-in and the reason is not related to your visa, we usually don’t refund. Please call us if you are unable to resolve the issue with the airline on your own. A common issue is a missing return flight or onward ticket. Some airlines are not up to date about the passport requirements for Indonesia. If they don’t accept your passport along with the visa you received from us, please call us, and we will contact the airline.
When will I receive my refund?
We try to refund you as soon as possible (usually within 2 working days). However, some banks or credit cards require more time to credit the amount to your account.
Where will I receive my refund?
We will refund the amount to the bank account, credit card, or online wallet from which you sent the money.
If you paid by PayPal, we will automatically refund the amount to your PayPal account. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, we will request your exact bank details.
