If you overstay your visa in Indonesia, you will incur a penalty of 1 million IDR per day as per Indonesian immigration regulations. This fine applies for each day you remain in the country beyond your visa expiration date. Please be aware that the fine is payable directly to immigration, and we cannot assist with covering any of these costs.

How We Help Prevent Overstays

Keeping track of your visa’s expiration date can sometimes be challenging. To help you stay compliant, we have implemented a proactive reminder system that includes:

While we aim to minimize such issues, we are not liable for any consequences from undelivered notifications. Ultimately, you, the visa holder, is responsible for maintaining an active and valid visa.
