Limited Immigration Services in Indonesia from March 28 to April 7

From March 28 to April 7, only new applications for the e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) will be processed. During this period, all other visa applications and extensions will not be available due to public holidays. We recommend that you plan ahead and take care of your visa matters in time to avoid any inconvenience.

All visas can still be applied on our website during this period, but we will only be able to submit them after the holidays. In addition, it may take longer for messages to be answered during the holidays. Visa applications and extensions will then be submitted by us to Immigration after the holidays. However, there may be delays due to processing backlogs.
