Will I receive a refund if I am denied entry by immigration or the airline?

If entry is denied for reasons unrelated to your visa, we usually cannot offer a refund.

Common issues include:

• Passport validity of less than 6 months

• No empty passport page

• Missing return or onward ticket

• Blacklisted
