Responsibilities
- Receiving passports at our office in Seminyak
- Pick up passports from clients or arrange delivery
- Returning passports to clients or arranging delivery
- Prepare (check, format and resize) visa documents for upload
- Upload visa applications to immigration online
- Check the payment status of the visa
- Answering/following up on extension inquiries from email to chat
- update spreadsheets
