We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight. |

You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival. |

What is a Music Performer Visa?
The 30-day Single-Entry Music Performer Visa (C7A) is designed for artists, musicians, and other creative professionals traveling to Bali or elsewhere in Indonesia for professional engagements. This visa is specifically for activities like concerts, festivals, gigs, workshops, and other performing art showcases. The initial visa is valid for 30 days from your arrival date.
Important: The C7A visa is non-extendable. If your performance schedule exceeds 30 days, you’ll need to apply for a new visa.
Attention: This visa is exclusively for foreign nationals who are the performing artist. Accompanying support personnel, such as tour managers, technical crew, or sound engineers, are not eligible for the C7A Visa. They must apply for the separate music performer’s crew visa (C7B Visa).
To get a C7A stay permit, you’ll need an Indonesian-based sponsor, usually the usually a reputable Indonesian entertainment company, event organizer, promoter, or impresario. Usually, they’re the ones who handle your application, submitting it for you through Indonesia’s official e-Visa portal. The process is handled entirely online.
The key requirements that the applicant must provide to their Indonesian sponsor include:
Your Documents: Key documents the applicant must provide to their Indonesian sponsor (and to us):
- Passport: A clear, scanned copy of the passport’s biographical data page. The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the planned date of entry into Indonesia.
- Photograph: A recent, passport-style color photograph against a white background.
- Proof of Funds: A personal bank statement from the last three months (including name, date, and final balance) showing a minimum balance account of USD $2,000 or its equivalent to cover expenses while in Indonesia.
- Performer’s cooperation contract with the event organizer, detailing your show dates and professional arrangements.
Sponsor-Provided Documents: Documents the Indonesian sponsor is responsible for providing:
- Guarantee Letter: An official letter from the sponsor guaranteeing the performer’s activities and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Cooperation Contract: The contract between the performer (or their management) and the event organizer in Indonesia, detailing the nature of the performance.
- Visa Application Letter: A formal request for the visa from the sponsor.
It is important to note that the C7A visa must be used within 90 days from its date of issue.
Additional Requirements:
Foreign nationals without citizenship or holding non-national travel documents
This includes temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificates of identity, laissez-passer, or similar documents. They must provide:
- A valid re-entry permit from the country where the Indonesian visa was applied for.
- A return or onward ticket to another country.
(Exception: This does not apply to transport vehicle crew members.)
- Add Product to Your Cart : Purchase the Music Performer Visa by adding it to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
- Pay for Your Application: Add the Visa service to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- Submit Your Details & Documents:
- After checkout, you’ll be redirected to an online form (also accessible via email). Fill in all required visa application data.
- Upload your personal documents (passport copy, photo, proof of funds, performer’s contract).
- If you already have an Indonesian sponsor, please also upload their Guarantee Letter, Cooperation Contract, and Visa Application Letter.
- If you need Visa Indonesia to be your sponsor, ensure your performer’s contract and event details are accurately provided in the form, and we will prepare the necessary sponsor documents on your behalf.
- Our Review & Submission:
- We will check your submitted data and documents and respond within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- Once all is correct and your visa fee payment is confirmed, we will upload your application to the Indonesian immigration system.
- Receive Your e-Visa:
- Your approved e-visa will be sent directly to your email, ready for you to enter Indonesia.
- We remain available for any further questions regarding entry requirements.
Yes. Completing the All Indonesia Arrival Card, which includes the customs declaration and health form, is mandatory for all travelers entering Indonesia.
You can fill out the Arrival Card up to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival.
If you haven’t completed it in advance, you can still fill it out at the airport, but you may experience longer waiting times. To ensure a smoother arrival, we recommend completing the form before your trip.
If you do not complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card (customs declaration), you may face:
-
Delays at Immigration and Customs
-
Fines (in cases of undeclared restricted items)
-
Confiscation of items that should have been declared
Accurate completion of the Arrival Card is essential for a smooth entry into Indonesia.
If you haven’t filled out the Arrival Card before your trip, you can still complete it upon arrival at the airport in Indonesia. However, queues can be long, so we strongly recommend filling it out before your departure.
When entering Indonesia, travellers are allowed to bring certain goods duty-free, up to the limits set by Indonesian Customs.
1. Personal goods
You may bring personal items with a total value of up to USD 500 per person without paying import duties.
Families travelling together can combine their allowance (e.g., USD 500 × number of family members).
2. Tobacco products
You may bring one of the following duty-free:
-
200 cigarettes, or
-
25 cigars, or
-
100 grams of sliced tobacco
These limits cannot be combined (e.g., cigarettes + cigars).
3. Alcohol
Each traveller may bring up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages duty-free.
4. Important notes
-
If you exceed the duty-free allowances, you must declare the items and may have to pay import duties/taxes.
-
Customs rules may occasionally change — if your quantities are close to the limit, it’s safer to double-check the latest regulations.
Indonesia distinguishes between prohibited items (not allowed at all) and restricted items (allowed only under specific conditions, limits, or with a declaration).
🚫 Prohibited items (not allowed under any circumstances)
You may not bring the following items into Indonesia:
-
Narcotics and illegal drugs
-
Firearms and air guns
-
Sharp weapons (unless declared for specific purposes)
-
Ammunition
-
Explosives or explosive materials
-
Pornographic materials
Bringing prohibited items can lead to confiscation, fines, detention, or criminal charges.
⚠️ Restricted items (allowed with declaration, limits, or permits)
These items may be brought into Indonesia, but only under certain rules:
1. Animals, fish, plants & biological products
Require permits from Indonesian authorities (e.g., quarantine, health certificates).
2. Cash amounts over IDR 100,000,000
Must be declared to Customs.
3. Exciseable goods (alcohol & tobacco)
Allowed only within duty-free limits.
Above limits → declaration + import duty.
4. Personal goods beyond exemption limits
Items exceeding the duty-free allowance must be declared and taxed.
5. Commercial goods
Require customs clearance and often import permits.
6. Re-imported or temporarily imported goods
May require a declaration, proof of ownership, or temporary import documentation.
If you are unsure whether your item is restricted, it is always safer to declare it.
It’s much easier now than before! The Indonesian government has streamlined the process significantly, especially since September 2023. The rules are simpler, so more international artists can perform here. It used to be extremely complicated, requiring immigration work permits, police clearance, and proof of five years’ experience. For short-term visas, you don’t need any of that anymore.
Visa holders may receive payment or benefits for their activities. However, without a work permit or residence permit (KITAS), they are not allowed to be employed under any formal work contract with individuals or companies in Indonesia.
The standard C7A Music Performer Visa is valid for 30 days from the date of your arrival and is a single-entry visa under Indonesia’s applicable regulations. It is designed for foreign musicians participating in short-term music events such as concerts or workshops. Please note that this visa is non-extendable, so if your performance schedule runs longer, you will need to apply for a new visa with a revised performer’s contract.
Yes, you can change your information as long as the QR code has not been scanned at Immigration.
If you completed the Arrival Card yourself
Simply fill out the entire form again. The newest version will replace the old one.
If you booked the Arrival Card through us
You can inform us of any changes up to 4 days before your arrival, and we will update it for you.
It is essential that you present an Arrival Card with the correct information when entering Indonesia.
Here are the current entry requirements for entering Indonesia (including Bali):
1. Passport (very important)
To enter Indonesia, you need a passport atau a valid travel document (temporary passport or emergency passport). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the day of entry or on the day of visa extension. Different rules may apply to other travel documents.
Without sufficient passport validity, entry will be denied.
2. Visa
A visa is required to enter Indonesia.
For short trips, you can buy the Visa on Arrival directly at the airport.
However, we recommend applying for the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) in advance to save time and avoid long queues. If you stay more than 30 days, there are even better visa options like the C1 visa.
3. Outbound (onward) ticket
When checking in for your flight to Indonesia, you may be asked to show proof of a return or onward ticket. If you cannot present one, you may be denied boarding or entry.
4. All Indonesia Arrival Card
Since September 1, 2025, Indonesia has introduced the All Indonesia Arrival Card — a digital form that replaces previous customs dan health declarations. You can add the Arrival Card through us, or you can complete it yourself, no earlier than 72 hours before arrival.
5. Love Bali Tourist Tax (Bali only)
Visitors to Bali must pay the Love Bali Tourism Tax daripada 150,000 IDR (approx. 10 USD).
Payment options:
-
Pay online in advance (credit cards sometimes fail), or
-
Pay directly at the airport upon arrival

No, the B211A visa no longer exists in its previous form.
Indonesian Immigration has restructured the visa system and divided the former B211A category into several specific visa types, each dedicated to one clear purpose.
Instead of one visa covering multiple visit reasons, there are now separate visa categories, such as:
If you previously applied for the B211A visa, you now need to choose the visa that matches your exact visit purpose. This change helps Immigration clearly identify the reason for your stay and simplifies the processing.
If you’re unsure which visa you need, feel free to contact us — we’ll help you choose the correct one.
The regular processing time for all C-visas is up to 14 working days. We also offer a faster processing time of 5 working days on our website.
No. The C7A Visa is strictly for the performing artist(s) themselves. Your accompanying support personnel, such as tour managers, sound engineers, lighting technicians, or other technical crew members, must apply for a separate C7B Visa.
Yes, you can play in multiple clubs or locations across Indonesia. The key is that your Indonesian sponsor must arrange all your performances and should be part of the overall scope of activities outlined in your contract and the visa application. As long as your sponsor facilitates these multiple gigs and they fall within your approved visa period, you’re good to go.
The performer visa in Bali refers to the C7A Music Performer Visa – a single-entry e‑visa explicitly designed for foreign musicians invited for professional music events such as concerts, DJ shows, gigs, or workshops. Under applicable regulations, it allows a stay of 30 days from arrival and requires a valid performer’s contract with the event organizer and sponsorship by a local promoter, which must be valid for at least the duration of your performance .
No, the Music Performer Visa (C7A) doesn’t allow you to sell tickets or arrange your gigs independently. This visa requires an Indonesian sponsor (like an event organizer or impresario) who is responsible for inviting you and handling the performance arrangements and ticket sales, but it does not permit you to engage in selling goods . Your activities must align with the contract you have with your Indonesian sponsor.
