\u65e5\u8d77\u9002\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b BEPS \u591a\u8fb9\u6587\u4e66 (MLI) \u6761\u6b3e\u5f00\u59cb\u63d0\u524d\u9002\u7528\uff082020 \u5e74 12 \u6708 26 \u65e5\uff09\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u53cd\u6ee5\u7528\u62a4\u680f\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff08\u7b2c 28 \u6761\uff09\u7eb3\u5165\u66f4\u65b0\u540e\u7684 DTA \u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b9e\u8d28\u5185\u5bb9\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\uff1f\u4fee\u8ba2\u7248\u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u4e86\u7279\u5b9a\u653f\u5e9c\u76f8\u5173\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u6536\u76ca\u548c\u5229\u606f\u8c41\u514d\uff0c\u5e76\u5237\u65b0\u4e86\u5e38\u8bbe\u673a\u6784\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55 12 \u4e2a\u6708\u5185 90 \u5929\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a PE \u95e8\u69db\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u5e73\u5c40\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u518d\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u81ea\u52a8\u7684 \"\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u5730\"\uff1b\u53d6\u800c\u4ee3\u4e4b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5f53\u5c40\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u534f\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u5728\u5370\u5c3c\u5b9e\u9645\u7533\u8bf7\u51cf\u514d\uff0c\u8bf7\u653e\u5f03\u65e7\u7684 DGT-1\/DGT-2\uff1a\u4f7f\u7528\u5355\u4e00\u7684 DGT \u8868\u683c\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8bc1\u660e (CoR)\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c06\u5411\u60a8\u4ecb\u7ecd\u7533\u8bf7\u8d44\u683c\u3001\u7a0e\u7387\u3001\u6587\u4e66\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5b9e\u9645\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u60a8\u6b63\u786e\u3001\u81ea\u4fe1\u5730\u7533\u8bf7\u6761\u7ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"whats-new-vs-old-treaty-timeline-key-changes\"><strong>\u65b0\u4e0e\u65e7\uff1a\u6761\u7ea6\u300b\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u548c\u4e3b\u8981\u53d8\u5316<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u628a\u65f6\u95f4\u5012\u56de\u53bb\u3002\u6700\u521d\u7684 <strong>\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a \u65b0\u52a0\u5761<\/strong> DTA \u65e9\u5728 1990-1992 \u5e74\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u4e8e\u73b0\u4ee3\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b83\u5df2\u7ecf\u975e\u5e38\u8fc7\u65f6\u4e86\u3002 <strong>\u4e13\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1<\/strong> \u548c\u6570\u5b57\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5feb\u8fdb\u81f3 <strong>2020 \u5e74 2 \u6708 4 \u65e5<\/strong> - \u8fd9\u65f6 <strong>\u56fd\u5bb6<\/strong> \u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u5149\u4eae <strong>\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u6761\u7ea6<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u95ee\u9898\u662f <strong>\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a<\/strong> \u534f\u8bae\uff1a\u7b7e\u7f72\u53ea\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5947\u8ff9\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u534f\u8bae\u771f\u6b63\u751f\u6548\u4e4b\u65f6\u3002\u8fd9 <strong>\u65b0\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a<\/strong> \u5728\u53cc\u65b9 <strong>\u56fd\u5bb6<\/strong> \u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u6279\u51c6\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u751f\u6548\u65e5\u671f\u6839\u636e\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684 <strong>\u7a0e\u6b3e<\/strong> \u4f46\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728 2021 \u5e74\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u53d7\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u53d8\u5316\uff1f\u4e3b\u8981\u6539\u8fdb\u5305\u62ec<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7248\u7a0e<\/strong> \u8d39\u7387\u964d\u81f3 10% \u6216 8%\uff08\u4f4e\u4e8e\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684 <strong>\u56fd\u5185\u6cd5<\/strong> \u8d39\u7387)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5206\u90e8\u5229\u6da6\u7a0e\u7387<\/strong> \u4e0a\u9650\u4e3a 10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u66f4\u667a\u80fd\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u51b3\u80dc\u89c4\u5219 <strong>\u5e38\u9a7b\u673a\u6784<\/strong> \u5224\u5b9a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53cd\u6ee5\u7528\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec <strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3001<\/strong> \u4fdd\u62a4\u5408\u6cd5\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u963b\u6b62 <strong>\u907f\u7a0e<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u589e\u5f3a\u578b <strong>\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a<\/strong> \u5bf9\u4e8e <strong>\u79d1\u5b66\u4eea\u5668<\/strong> \u548c <strong>\u5546\u4e1a\u6216\u79d1\u5b66\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u5c31\u597d\u6bd4\u4ece\u8001\u5f0f\u7ffb\u76d6\u624b\u673a\u5347\u7ea7\u5230\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u3002\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u9632\u6b62 <strong>\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e<\/strong>\u4f46\u66f4\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u66f4\u65b9\u4fbf\u7528\u6237\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scope-at-a-glance\"><strong>\u8303\u56f4\u4e00\u89c8<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9 <strong>\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a<\/strong> \u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u5f71\u54cd\u8de8\u5883\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7a0e\u79cd\u3002\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba8\u8bba\u7684\u662f <strong>\u5370\u5c3c\u7a0e<\/strong> \u5173\u4e8e <strong>\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e<\/strong> \u548c\u4e2a\u4eba <strong>\u6536\u5165<\/strong> \u7a0e\u3002\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001 <strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761 <\/strong>\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba <strong>\u6536\u5165<\/strong> \u7a0e\u6536\u53d7\u6761\u7ea6\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8c01\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u798f\u5229\uff1f<\/strong> \u53ea\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u624d\u80fd\u7533\u8bf7 <strong>\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a<\/strong> \u597d\u5904\u3002\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u5f88\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e0d\u662f\u5370\u5c3c\u6216\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5404\u81ea\u7684 <strong>\u7a0e\u6b3e<\/strong> \u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u8be5\u6761\u7ea6\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u907f\u514d <strong>\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"(\u300a\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u6743\u5ba3\u8a00\u300b) <strong>\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a<\/strong> \u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u4e13\u4e1a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5982<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8239\u8236\u8fd0\u8425<\/strong> \u4e8e <strong>\u6d6e\u8d22<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6536\u5165\u6765\u81ea <strong>\u653f\u5e9c\u503a\u5238<\/strong> \u548c <strong>\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u6761\u7ea6\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u591a\u8fb9\u6295\u8d44\u534f\u5b9a\u4e2d\u4e5f\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u591a\u8fb9\u6295\u8d44\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u8be5 DTA\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u56f4\u7ed5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u9762 <strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684<\/strong> \u6d4b\u8bd5\u548c\u53cd\u6ee5\u7528\u89c4\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"residency-rules-certificates-how-to-qualify\"><strong>\u5c45\u7559\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08\u5982\u4f55\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u683c\uff09<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b63\u786e\u638c\u63e1\u5c45\u4f4f\u6743\u7edd\u5bf9\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u662f\u60a8\u901a\u5f80\u4ee5\u4e0b\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u5165\u573a\u5238 <strong>\u7a0e\u6536\u534f\u5b9a<\/strong> \u597d\u5904\u3002\u5982\u679c\u641e\u7838\u4e86\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u5f97\u5168\u989d\u652f\u4ed8 <strong>\u56fd\u5185\u6cd5<\/strong> <strong>\u7a0e\u7387<\/strong> \u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4eab\u53d7 <strong>\u514d\u7a0e<\/strong> \u6216\u964d\u4f4e\u8d39\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9488\u5bf9\u4e2a\u4eba\uff1a<\/strong> \u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u60a8\u662f\u4e00\u5e74\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u65f6\u95f4\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\u6216\u4e0e\u54ea\u91cc\u6709\u6700\u7d27\u5bc6\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8054\u7cfb\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u8be5\u6761\u7ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u51b3\u80dc\u89c4\u5219 <strong>\u56fd\u5bb6<\/strong> \u60f3\u5c06\u60a8\u5217\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5b83\u8981\u770b\u4f60\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\u6709\u6c38\u4e45\u4f4f\u6240\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd8\u4e0d\u80fd\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u4f1a\u68c0\u67e5\u60a8\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5229\u76ca\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8fd8\u662f\u7ed1\u5b9a\uff1f\u90a3\u5c31\u770b\u4f60\u82b1\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u66f4\u591a\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u65b9\u9762<\/strong> \u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u5730\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u53d1\u751f\u5730\u5c31\u662f\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u5bf9\u516c\u53f8\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u51b3\u5b9a\u80dc\u8d1f\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u60a8\u7684\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u5730\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u4ef6 <strong>\u8054\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"documents-you-must-have\"><strong>\u5fc5\u987b\u5177\u5907\u7684\u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b63\u786e\u529e\u7406\u624b\u7eed\u4e0d\u662f\u53ef\u6709\u53ef\u65e0\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6240\u5728 <strong>\u514d\u7a0e<\/strong> \u6216\u51cf\u5c11 <strong>\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u7387<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"singapore-certificate-of-residence-cor\"><strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5c45\u4f4f\u8bc1\u660e\uff08COR\uff09<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u60a8\u7533\u8bf7\u5370\u5c3c\u6765\u6e90\u6d25\u8d34\u7684\u9ec4\u91d1\u51ed\u8bc1
