Bu, JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional) ad\u0131 verilen daha geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 bir program\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olan ulusal sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 program\u0131d\u0131r. Grip olursan\u0131z, mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ayak bile\u011finizi k\u0131rarsan\u0131z, sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrol\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z olursa ya da hastanede bir gece kalman\u0131z gerekirse, masraflar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan program budur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu sistem sevk esas\u0131na g\u00f6re i\u015fliyor ve bu durum bir\u00e7ok yeni gelen ki\u015fiyi \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131yor. Herhangi bir b\u00fcy\u00fck hastaneye girip kart\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6stermeniz yeterli de\u011fil. Bunun yerine, \u00f6nce kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011funuz birinci basamak sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezine gitmeniz gerekiyor, yani <em>birinci derece faskes<\/em>. So\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zla ilgilenmez. \u0130\u015fle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 daha b\u00fcy\u00fck risklerle ilgilenir: i\u015f kazas\u0131 ge\u00e7irmek, ya\u015flanmak, emekli olmak, vefat etmek ya da i\u015finizi kaybetmek. Kurum, \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 basit\u00e7e bir i\u015fverenden maa\u015f, \u00fccret veya ba\u015fka bir t\u00fcr \u00f6deme alan ki\u015filer olarak tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer bu tan\u0131m size uyuyorsa, bu korumalar tam da sizin i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda be\u015f program bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bir fabrika i\u015f\u00e7isi \u0131slak zeminde kayarsa, bir kurye kaza yaparsa, bir in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7isi iskeleden d\u00fc\u015ferse, bunlar JKK\u2019n\u0131n kapsam\u0131na girer. Kapsam, i\u015fe gidip gelirken ya\u015fanan kazalar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndan kaynaklanan hastal\u0131klar\u0131 bile i\u00e7erir. En \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise t\u0131bbi teminatt\u0131r: tedavi, ameliyat, ila\u00e7 ve rehabilitasyon masraflar\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7i tamamen iyile\u015fene kadar harcama s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakit \u00f6demeler de ayn\u0131 derecede pratiktir. Yaral\u0131 bir i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak gelir elde edemedi\u011fi s\u00fcre boyunca, JKK ona \u00fccret ikame yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6der; ilk on iki ay boyunca maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 100%\u2019si, ard\u0131ndan tekrar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir hale gelene kadar 50%\u2019si \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayr\u0131ca, tedaviye gidi\u015f-d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f seyahat masraflar\u0131 i\u00e7in geri \u00f6deme (\u00f6rne\u011fin, u\u00e7akla seyahat durumunda en fazla 10 milyon Rupi) ve kazan\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131 bir hasara yol a\u00e7mas\u0131 durumunda, i\u015f\u00e7inin ayl\u0131k maa\u015f\u0131 esas al\u0131narak hesaplanan bir maluliyet tazminat\u0131 da bulunmaktad\u0131r. En k\u00f6t\u00fc senaryo ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir ve kaza \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7lan\u0131rsa, aileye \u00f6l\u00fcm tazminat\u0131, 10 milyon Rp tutar\u0131nda cenaze masraf\u0131 ve iki \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in toplam 174 milyon Rp\u2019ye kadar e\u011fitim bursu \u00f6denir. BPJS, iyile\u015fen i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015fine geri d\u00f6nebilmesi i\u00e7in rehabilitasyon ile yeniden mesleki e\u011fitimi birle\u015ftiren bir \u201c\u0130\u015fe D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u201d program\u0131 da y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jkm-death-security\"><strong>JKM \u00d6l\u00fcm Sigortas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JKM, bir i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015f kazas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir nedenden dolay\u0131 vefat etmesi durumunda \u00f6l\u00fcm tazminat\u0131 \u00f6demesi sa\u011flar. Toplamda, miras\u00e7\u0131lar yakla\u015f\u0131k 42 milyon Rupi almaktad\u0131r. Bu toplam tutar \u00fc\u00e7 bile\u015fenden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r: 20 milyon Rupi tutar\u0131nda tek seferlik \u00f6deme, asl\u0131nda taksitler halinde de\u011fil tek seferde \u00f6denen 12 milyon Rupi tutar\u0131ndaki periyodik yard\u0131m ve cenaze masraflar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan 10 milyon Rupi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak destek sadece nakit yard\u0131mla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. Paran\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, i\u015f\u00e7inin en az \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l boyunca kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 toplamda en fazla iki \u00e7ocu\u011fa payla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak \u015fekilde 174 milyon Rupi\u2019ye varan bir e\u011fitim bursu alabilirler. Yas tutan bir aile i\u00e7in, acil yard\u0131m ile \u00e7ocuklara y\u00f6nelik uzun vadeli deste\u011fin bu birle\u015fimi, ger\u00e7ek bir i\u00e7 huzur kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jht-old-age-savings\"><strong>JHT Ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k Tasarrufu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JHT, arka planda sessizce b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir birikim hesab\u0131 gibidir. Her ay hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n pay\u0131 hem de i\u015fverenin pay\u0131 bu hesaba aktar\u0131l\u0131r ve bu bakiye y\u0131llar boyunca yat\u0131r\u0131m getirisi de sa\u011flar. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i 56 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde tutar\u0131n tamam\u0131 nakit olarak \u00e7ekilebilir; ya da i\u015f\u00e7i tamamen ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak malul kal\u0131rsa, vefat ederse veya istifa, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma ya da Endonezya\u2019dan kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak ayr\u0131lma gibi nedenlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131rsa bu tutar daha erken \u00e7ekilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak her zaman tam \u00f6demenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemek zorunda de\u011filsiniz.
