Endonezya'da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak isteyen yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ve \u015firketler i\u00e7in yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015fe alma kurallar\u0131n\u0131 anlamak, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve uyumlu bir i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc olu\u015fturmak ve uzun vadeli ticari faaliyetleri desteklemek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Son D\u00fczenlemelerde \u00d6ne \u00c7\u0131kan Noktalar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Endonezya'da yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015fe almay\u0131 planl\u0131yorsan\u0131z, en son kurallardan haberdar olmak bir zorunluluktur. Son birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Endonezya h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, do\u011fru ad\u0131mlar\u0131 izledi\u011finiz takdirde s\u00fcreci daha yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve baz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lardan daha kolay hale getiren birka\u00e7 yeni d\u00fczenleme getirmi\u015ftir. Her yeni yasa, uyum i\u00e7in ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 prosed\u00fcrler sa\u011flayan en az bir uygulama y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile desteklenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bilmeniz gerekenler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Torba Yasa &amp; \u0130\u015f Yaratma Yasas\u0131 (2020)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Torba Yasa olarak da bilinen \u0130\u015f Yaratma Yasas\u0131, Endonezya'da i\u015fe alma ve yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Yasa, birbiriyle \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fan kurallar\u0131 azaltmakta ve \u00f6zellikle yabanc\u0131 sermayeli \u015firketler ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar olmak \u00fczere i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in i\u015fleri daha h\u0131zl\u0131 hale getirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Kimlerin uygun oldu\u011funu, ne kadar s\u00fcre kalabileceklerini ve nas\u0131l yenileneceklerini tan\u0131mlamaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kimler ve Ne Zaman \u0130\u015fe Al\u0131nabilir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Endonezya'daki her \u015firket yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ramaz. Endonezya yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re, yaln\u0131zca belirli t\u00fczel ki\u015filiklerin ve ticari kurulu\u015flar\u0131n yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015fe almas\u0131na izin verilmektedir. H\u00fck\u00fcmet \u015fu konularda net kurallar belirlemi\u015ftir <strong>kim izinli<\/strong> bunu yapmak i\u00e7in ve <strong>ne zaman<\/strong> uygun. Basit bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klayal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Sadece Belirli \u015eirketler Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 \u0130\u015fe Alabilir<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Endonezya'da yasal olarak yabanc\u0131 bir i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in i\u015fletmenizin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilerden biri olmas\u0131 gerekir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/visa-indonesia.com\/tr\/endonezya-vi%cc%87zesi%cc%87\/yabancilar-i%cc%87ci%cc%87n-pt-pma-kurulumu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/visa-indonesia.com\/visa-indonesia\/setup-pt-pma-for-foreigners\/\">PT PMA (Yabanc\u0131 Sermayeli \u015eirketler)<br><\/a><\/strong>Bunlar k\u0131smen veya tamamen yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara ait \u015firketlerdir. Yabanc\u0131 uyruklular\u0131 i\u015fe almalar\u0131na izin verilen en yayg\u0131n t\u00fcrd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temsilcilikler<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Endonezya'da bir \u015fubesi veya ofisi olan (ancak do\u011frudan gelir elde etmeyen) yabanc\u0131 \u015firketler, genellikle y\u00f6netici veya dan\u0131\u015fman d\u00fczeyinde olmak \u00fczere belirli g\u00f6revlerde yabanc\u0131 personel istihdam edebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Kurulu\u015flar ve K\u00e2r Amac\u0131 G\u00fctmeyen Kurulu\u015flar<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Endonezya'da yasal stat\u00fcye sahip baz\u0131 kar amac\u0131 g\u00fctmeyen kurulu\u015flar ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar da belirli programlar i\u00e7in yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u015fe alabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yerel i\u015fletme kuruyorsan\u0131z (normal bir PT gibi), i\u015fletme lisans\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fckseltmedi\u011finiz veya PT PMA olarak yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u00fcrece yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015fe alamazs\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Yabanc\u0131 \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere Ne T\u00fcr \u0130\u015fler Verilebilir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Endonezya, herhangi bir i\u015fin bir yabanc\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan doldurulmas\u0131na izin vermez. Pozisyon \u015funlar\u0131 gerektirmelidir <strong>\u00f6zel beceri\u0307ler<\/strong>genellikle yerel i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcnde kolayca bulunamayan bir \u015feydir.
