We have split the requirements for the visa into two subsections. In the first subsection you will see what is needed for the application and in the second what is needed for the flight and the entry.

For the visa application you need:

Vaccination certificate
Vaccination certificate with two vaccinations against COVID-19 or a medical certificate of vaccination from a governmental institution (e.g. public hospital).

Color copy of passport
A scan of the cover (front and back) and the main page is required. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Please don’t cut corners or photos with your finger on it, we need a real scan.

Passport photo / profile picture
At least 3.5 x 4.5 cm. Preferably in shirt with collar and white background. Selfie is accepted.

For departure and entry, you need:

Vaccination certificate
Vaccination certificate with two vaccinations against COVID-19 or a medical certificate of vaccination from a governmental institution (e.g. public hospital).

Return ticket
In addition to your ticket for the flight to Indonesia, you may be required to show a return ticket when departing or entering Indonesia. A flight reservation is sufficient for this purpose. 

e-Visa
You will receive the e-visa with QR code from us (please print it out).

PeduliLindungi App
The app is available for Android or iOS. Many have problems with setting up the app, but you should at least have it installed on your phone as it is an entry requirement.
