No, you have to organize the transport by scooter/car/taxi to the appointment for fingerprinting and photo by yourself. We will let you know the date as soon as we receive the date and time.
What happens if my visa expires while my passport is at the Immigration office?

Do I have to be present in person for the extension?

Is there a dress code at immigration?
Yes, you should definitely wear closed shoes, long trousers and a top that covers your shoulders. There have been people who have been rejected at immigration because they were not dressed appropriately.
What happens if I overstay my visa?
