General requirements:
- Minimum age: 60 years

- You are already in Indonesia with a B211A visa and have one visa extension already done (and have a minimum of 30 days validity left on your visa).

To apply for the retirement visa you need the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae (please use this template from Immigration: Download)
- KTP (Indonesian identity card) of the housekeeper/employee
- Original passport (minimum validity 18 months), scan of passport cover and ID page
- Copy of health/life insurance for Indonesia
- Bank statement or pension proof with enough money to live in Indonesia
- Proof of accommodation rental (if available)
- Passport photo with white background 3x4cm (3 pieces)
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate with at least 2 doses received

4.) If everything is correct and we have received the payment for the visa fee, we will organize passport pick-up and submit your application to the Immigration Office. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.
5.) During the application process, you must visit the Immigration Office in person for a photo and fingerprint appointment. You will be notified of the date of this.
6.) Once the ITAS has been issued, we will organize your passport drop-off and send your ITAS online via email.
Can I apply for the retirement KITAS from anywhere?
Unfortunately, you can currently only apply for the C319 retirement KITAS if you are already in Indonesia with a B211A visa or if you already have a C319 retirement KITAS that is about to expire.
How long is the C319 retirement KITAS valid?
The C319 retirement KITAS is valid for one (1) year and can be extended up to five (5) years.
Is it possible to apply for a retirement KITAS for more than one year?
Currently, the retirement KITAS is always valid for one (1) year at a time.
Does my retirement KITAS expire when I leave the country?
No, the retirement KITAS is a multiple entry visa, which means that you can enter and exit Indonesia as many times as you like during the validity period.
