Dana DPKK

The DPKK Fund in Indonesia, known as the Dana Pengembangan Keahlian dan Keterampilan, is a levy required by the Indonesian government from employers who hire foreign workers. This fund is part of the government’s efforts to control and regulate the employment of foreign workers in Indonesia. The DPKK Fund is designed to support the development and training of Indonesian workers. The idea is to use the funds collected from companies employing foreign workers to enhance the skills and competencies of the local workforce. Employers are required to pay the DPKK levy for each foreign worker they employ. The rate of this levy can vary depending on government regulations and policies. The rate is 100 USD per month per foreign worker. Let’s say you have a working KITAS for 1 year, then you would need to pay 1.200 USD per year.
