Online Single Submission (OSS)

The OSS system is an integrated online platform introduced by the Indonesian government to streamline and simplify the business registration and licensing process for both domestic and foreign investors. It is aimed at reducing bureaucratic hurdles and improving the ease of doing business in Indonesia. The NIB is a unique identification number assigned to businesses operating in Indonesia. Through the OSS system, businesses can obtain various licenses and permits required to operate legally in Indonesia. These licenses can include import licenses, export licenses, industry-specific permits, and more, depending on the nature of the business. Location licenses refer to permits related to the physical location of a business. They ensure that the business complies with zoning regulations and is situated in an appropriate and legally designated area.
