Permit Keluar Sahaja (EPO)

EPO stands for “Exit Permit Only” and is an immigration requirement for certain categories of foreign nationals who hold a limited stay permit (KITAS/KITAP) or work permit (IMTA). It is a document that grants permission for a foreign national to leave Indonesia temporarily or permanently while they are still under the sponsorship or employment of a specific entity in the country. The purpose of the EPO is to ensure that foreign nationals who are sponsored by Indonesian entities fulfill their contractual obligations and do not leave the country without proper authorization.
