Will I get my passport back immediately after doing pictures and giving fingerprints at the Immigration office?

Yes. For the visa extension, your passport does not stay at Immigration.

The extension is processed online, and you only need to bring your passport to the appointment for photo and fingerprints.

Once the appointment is finished, you take your passport back with you immediately. You will not be asked to leave your passport at Immigration.
