Who can apply for the Investor KITAS?

To qualify for an KITAS pelabur, the following requirements must be met:

1. Requirements for the PMA Company

The company must have:

• Authorized capital of more than IDR 10,000,000,000, dan

• At least 25% of that capital paid up.

2. Requirements for the Investor

There are two ways to qualify:

Option A – Active Investor (Director or Commissioner)

You are eligible if:

• You have invested a minimum of IDR 1,000,000,000 in personal shares, dan

• You hold a formal position as Director or Commissioner in the PMA.

This category allows more active involvement in the company.

Option B – Passive Investor (No position in the company)

You are eligible if:

• You own personal shares valued at over IDR 1,125,000,000,

• Even if you do not hold any position (no Director/Commissioner role).

Important:
Passive Investor KITAS holders are not allowed to work di Indonesia.
They may only oversee their investment.
