The sponsoring organization or event plays a central and essential role in the Artist/Entertainment KITAS process. They are responsible for providing all official support required for the application, including:
-
Sponsorship letter (mandatory)
-
Event or performance contract
-
Detailed schedule of performances or activities
-
Company documents (e.g., NIB, deed, tax documents)
-
Justification of why a foreign artist is required
-
Coordination with immigration and manpower authorities
-
Approval of the RPTKA/IMTA (work permit process)
Without a qualified sponsor, an Artist/Entertainment KITAS cannot be issued.
The sponsor essentially confirms that:
-
the artist is invited officially,
-
the activities are legitimate,
-
all work is authorized and compliant with Indonesian law.
We work closely with sponsors to ensure all documents meet immigration requirements.
