How long is the Retirement KITAS valid?

The Retirement KITAS is valid for 1 year. It can be extended annually for up to five (5) consecutive years.

After five years of continuous extensions, you may be eligible to switch to a KITAP persaraan (permanent stay permit), depending on immigration policies at the time.
