Yes — you may attend business meetings with clients when you hold an KITAS pelabur, as long as the meeting is considered a non-operational activity.

To remain compliant, it is recommended that you:

• bring an Indonesian staff member from your company as a companion, and

• ensure that you do not perform operational or technical work during the meeting.

An Investor KITAS allows you to oversee investments, attend meetings, and represent the company, but day-to-day operational tasks must be handled by Indonesian staff or employees with the appropriate Work KITAS.
