1. e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA)
Yes — the e-Visa on Arrival can be extended by yourself.
You must visit the Immigration Office once for:

2. Single-Entry Visas (C1, C2, C6, etc.)
A sponsor is required for the extension. As a visa agency, we can act as your official sponsor and handle the process for you.
A personal visit to the Immigration Office is still required.
3. Multiple-Entry Visas (D1, D2, D12)
Multiple-entry visas also require a sponsor for the extension.
We can be your sponsor and manage the process.
A personal visit to Immigration is required for each extension.
4. KITAS
KITAS extensions also require a sponsor (employer, organization, or agency).
You cannot extend a KITAS on your own.
