Det hedder <strong>DPKK<\/strong>som st\u00e5r for <em>Dana Pengembangan Keahlian dan Keterampilan<\/em>. P\u00e5 engelsk betyder det <strong>Fond for f\u00e6rdigheder og udvikling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette gebyr hj\u00e6lper den indonesiske regering med at uddanne lokale arbejdere. Det er en regel, der er lavet af arbejdsministeriet. Den bakkes op af <strong>Arbejdsministerens bekendtg\u00f8relse (Permenaker) nr. 10 af 2018<\/strong>som forklarer, hvordan man gennemf\u00f8rer processen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her er, hvad loven siger i enkle vendinger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvis en virksomhed \u00f8nsker at ans\u00e6tte en udenlandsk medarbejder, skal den f\u00f8rst indsende en arbejdsplan kaldet <strong>RPTKA<\/strong> (Plan for placering af udenlandsk arbejdskraft).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men f\u00f8r RPTKA kan godkendes, skal virksomheden betale <strong>DKP-TKA<\/strong> gebyr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dette gebyr er <strong>USD 100 pr. m\u00e5ned pr. udenlandsk arbejdstager<\/strong>, udbetalt p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang for hele arbejdsperioden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kun den <strong>arbejdsgiver<\/strong> betaler dette gebyr. Den udenlandske arbejdstager betaler det aldrig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r gebyret er betalt og bekr\u00e6ftet, kan ministeriet for arbejdskraft g\u00e5 videre med <strong>godkendelse af RPTKA<\/strong>. Dette trin er supervigtigt, <strong>Der er ikke l\u00e6ngere noget \"meddelelsesbrev\", som der plejede at v\u00e6re.<\/strong> under \u00e6ldre regler. Men den <strong>Det fulde bel\u00f8b skal betales p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd<\/strong> f\u00f8r arbejdstilladelsen (anmeldelsen) kan udstedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udfe6 Hvor g\u00e5r pengene hen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette gebyr er ikke en skat. Det er en <strong>Offentlige indt\u00e6gter uden skat<\/strong> (kaldet <em>PNBP<\/em> i Indonesien) indsamlet af ministeriet for arbejdskraft. Pengene g\u00e5r ind i en national fond til st\u00f8tte for <strong>uddannelse og kompetenceudvikling<\/strong> for indonesiske arbejdere. S\u00e5 p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de hj\u00e6lper det med at opveje ans\u00e6ttelsen af udl\u00e6ndinge ved at forbedre den lokale arbejdsstyrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddfe Hvad er det til?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DKP-TKA-betalingen er et af de vigtigste dokumenter, der er n\u00f8dvendige for at f\u00e5 en <strong>gyldig arbejdstilladelse<\/strong>. Uden betalingsbevis kan din virksomhed <strong>vil ikke v\u00e6re i stand til at forts\u00e6tte ans\u00f8gningen<\/strong> proces. Hvis du ikke betaler, bliver tilladelsen ikke udstedt. Det er et must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd50 Hvorn\u00e5r du skal betale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Umiddelbart efter at din RPTKA er godkendt<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00f8r du ans\u00f8ger om notifikationsbrevet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betalt <strong>p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd for hele arbejdsperioden<\/strong> (normalt 6 eller 12 m\u00e5neder)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et eksempel: For en 12-m\u00e5neders tilladelse betaler du <strong>USD 1.200<\/strong> (12 \u00d7 $100) p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcb3 S\u00e5dan betaler du<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Processen er ligetil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hent faktureringskoden<\/strong> fra Ministry of Manpower's online system, n\u00e5r din RPTKA er godkendt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foretag betalingen<\/strong> i en officiel statslig bank, normalt <strong>Bank Negara Indonesien (BNI)<\/strong>ved at bruge den n\u00f8jagtige faktureringskode og det n\u00f8jagtige bel\u00f8b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gem dit betalingsbevis<\/strong> (du bliver n\u00f8dt til at uploade den).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upload beviset<\/strong> gennem arbejdsministeriets TKA Online-system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vent p\u00e5, at systemet validerer det, s\u00e5 du kan g\u00e5 videre til Notification-fasen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcce N\u00f8dvendige dokumenter til DPKK-betaling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For at gennemf\u00f8re betalingen og komme videre skal din virksomhed bruge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 Godkendt <strong>RPTKA-brev<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 DPKK <strong>Fakturaopg\u00f8relse<\/strong> udstedt af ministeriets system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Virksomhedens <strong>NPWP<\/strong> (skattenummer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Betalingskvittering fra banken (BNI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Aktiv virksomhedskonto p\u00e5 <strong>TKA Online-platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopi af den udenlandske arbejdstagers <strong>pas<\/strong> (normalt p\u00e5kr\u00e6vet for at matche data)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to hire a foreign worker in Indonesia, there\u2019s a special fee you need to know about.
